Before understanding what a Soho House Membership is, we need to go back to its origins.

We’re in 1995, in the very heart of London’s bustling Soho district. And Nick Jones just came with an idea — to create a hub for the city’s creative minds, a place where diverse talents could connect through their ideas and create magic.

Since then, Soho House has extended its reach to the farthest corners of the planet, with a network of more than 27 exclusive members’ clubs across Europe, Asia, and North America.

And a membership is, in fact, the access to all of them…and way more.

The exclusive benefits extend to world-class dining experiences, wellness facilities, leisure offerings, and high-end accommodations in the hottest spots of the world (in regards of trendiness and activity, not the actual weather).

However, the soul of Soho House lies in its vibrant events calendar, where there are countless opportunities to enrich your personal and professional networks while dancing, debating or learning.

The doors of Soho House open not just to luxurious spaces, but also to a universe of growth and inspiration that one must experience to fully understand. It’s a blend of the perfect place to be, and the people to live it with!

Alright, so let’s get down to business. How much does a Soho House Membership actually cost this year?

Well, the prices vary depending on several things: membership type (Soho House, Soho Friends or Cities without Houses), if you’d like full access to all the houses or just one, which one you’ll use the most and your age.

You can check directly on their pricing page, but here’s an example for 2025:

soho house membership example of costs

A Soho House Every House Membership for those over 27 is £3,800/year as of 2025 or around £316 per month.

If you’re under 27, with the same conditions as above, then it’ll be a little bit less than half (£1,900.00) or around £158 a month.

Access to one house, on the other side, can be from £975 in London for members under 27 to £1,950/year over 27.

Keep in mind that you’ll also need to pay an induction fee upon joining, which varies per house. However, you can expect it to be around 50% of your annual membership fee.

These induction fees can be redeemed at the restaurants if you have a Soho House Membership, so don’t forget to spend it within your first months of joining!

And finally, a Soho Friends Membership would be £120/$160 a year.

This type of membership is accessible, yet different from the others. Think about it as an exclusive passport that allows you to access their events, dining and leisure spaces, discounted rates and savings on home and beauty products.

What is Included in a Soho House Membership?

Soho House membership comes with a range of features designed for both work and play. From creative spaces to member events, here’s what’s typically included.

Access to Members’ Clubs

Membership gives you access to Soho House locations around the world, each with its own design, layout, and feel — from relaxed lounges and co-working corners to rooftop pools and cosy dining areas.

Menus vary slightly by House, but most offer a mix of all-day dishes, cocktails, and coffee, with (mostly) friendly service.

Wellness Facilities

Many Soho House locations also offer wellness facilities — including gyms, pools, and spa services, depending on the property.

These spaces are designed for members looking to fit in a workout, unwind, or take a break from the pace of city life.

Attractive Event Calendar

One of my favourite parts of being a Soho House member is the events.

Every month they have a packed calendar of talks, workshops, screenings, and social gatherings — from book clubs and live music to panel discussions and creative masterclasses.

Overnight Luxury Accommodation

Some Soho Houses also offer hotel-style rooms, so you can stay on-site whether you’re travelling for work, pleasure, or both.

Expect comfortable, design-led spaces with access to the House during your stay.

Exclusivity and Flexibility

Membership types are flexible — whether you want access to just one House or every location globally. There’s also the option to add a partner to your membership, depending on your tier.

It’s designed to suit different lifestyles, whether you’re staying local or always on the move.

Is a Soho House Membership Worth It in 2025?

So, is a Soho House membership worth it?

It depends on how you use it.

If you’re regularly visiting the Houses — whether to work, attend events, socialise, or unwind — it can absolutely be a great investment.

But the value really comes from engaging with everything that’s included, not just holding the card.

I’ve personally found the events, creative spaces, and occasional stays useful — but it’s not something I’d recommend lightly if you’re not planning to make the most of it.

It’s definitely not cheap, but if it fits your lifestyle, it can be a really inspiring place to spend your time.
