1. Fulham Palace

Right on the edge of Bishop’s Park, Fulham Palace feels more like stepping into the countryside than staying in London.
For centuries it was the riverside home of the Bishops of London, today it’s a free-to-visit museum where you can wander through historic rooms and learn about its past residents.
Outside, the Botanic Garden is a highlight — full of seasonal blooms and a perfect for a stroll (it’s the second oldest in London!).
And when you’re ready for a break, pop into the Drawing Room Café inside the palace for tea, coffee and cake with views of the gardens.
2. Stroll Fulham High Street

If Fulham has a heartbeat, it’s along Fulham High Street.
You’ll find a mix of cosy cafés, independent boutiques and a few handy high-street staples.
Even if you’re just window-shopping, it’s a great way to soak up the neighbourhood vibe before heading off to the riverside, which is only a short walk away.
3. Fulham Broadway Centre
Need a bit of retail therapy or a rainy-day plan?

5. Bishops Park
Bishops Park is the bit of Fulham everyone ends up loving — big lawns, leafy paths and the Thames right on your doorstep.
Not to mention it backs right onto the Thames Path, so you can easily extend your visit into a riverside stroll.
