Membership gives you access to curated spaces across London, New York, and LA, all designed for people in media, design, fashion, tech, the arts, and beyond.

How Much is a Soho Works Membership?

Pricing varies by location, access level, and age — but here’s a rough breakdown for the UK:

• Lounge Membership (hot desking): ~£200/month+
• Dedicated Desk: ~£400/month (includes storage & meeting room credits)
• Private Office: Custom rates depending on team size (from 2 to 45 people)

They also offer:

• Off-Peak (nights + weekends only — a great deal if you’re flexible)
• Under 27 Discount
• Local House vs Every House options for access based on your city

What Comes With a Soho Works Membership?

One of the biggest draws of Soho Works is how much is included with your membership — especially if you’re looking for a polished setup that’s a step above your average coworking space.

Here’s what you get access to:

Workspace & Facilities

Each site is equipped with everything you’d expect from a modern coworking space — hot desks, meeting rooms, phone booths, and private studio areas depending on your membership tier.

The layouts lean heavily on design — so if aesthetics are important to your workflow, you’ll probably find them a nice change from typical corporate-feeling offices. That said, the vibe differs a bit from location to location, and some spaces can get busy during peak hours.

Access is generally 24/7 for full members, and I’ve found the environment to be consistently clean, calm and reliable — especially useful for long workdays when you need to stay focused.

I personally like the Soho Works White City the best.

Kitchens & Coffee

Each site has a small kitchen area stocked with tea and coffee throughout the day, plus a light breakfast offering in the morning (usually fruit, granola, and pastries).

It’s not a full meal setup, but it’s enough to get by without always stepping out. I’ve had some lovely chats over a morning coffee — casual enough to not feel forced, but still a good way to connect with other members if you’re up for it.

There are also on-site cafés or restaurants at some locations, or plenty of options nearby — especially in Shoreditch and Soho.

Tools, Tech & Extras

Every location includes:

• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Printing and scanning
• A business mailing address
• Monthly guest passes
• Podcast equipment (available at certain sites)
• Meeting rooms for calls

I don’t use every perk regularly, but having the options for all of the above is super helpful.

Events & Community

Soho Works runs a rotating programme of events, ranging from wellness sessions to creative talks and casual mixers. Some are more structured (e.g. skill-building workshops), others are simply a chance to unwind or meet fellow creatives.

If you’re someone who prefers a ‘come if you want’ approach to networking, it’s ideal. No pressure, but nice to have access when you want a break from solo working.

Do you have to be a Soho House Member to be a Soho Works member?

No — you don’t need to be a Soho House member to apply for Soho Works.

While both sit under the Soho House umbrella, they serve different purposes. Soho House is primarily geared towards socialising, hospitality, and lifestyle perks, whereas Soho Works is designed specifically for working — offering flexible, creative spaces for freelancers, founders, and teams.

That separation makes it easier to choose the kind of membership that suits your day-to-day life — whether that’s a social hub, a place to work, or both.

Can Soho House Members be Soho Works Members?

Yes — Soho House and Soho Friends members can join Soho Works, and they’ll usually get a discounted rate when they do.

It’s a nice option if you’re already using Soho House for its social or hospitality perks and want to add a dedicated workspace to the mix. That said, it’s still a separate membership — so you’ll need to apply (and pay) for both if you want access to everything.

If you’re someone who splits their time between creative work and networking events, having both can make sense — but it depends on how often you’d use each one.

Can Soho House Members Use Soho Works?

Not automatically. Being a Soho House member doesn’t give you access to Soho Works unless it’s specifically included in your membership package.

Is Soho Works Worth It?

Like with any Soho House membership, it really depends on how often you’d use it — and what kind of work environment you thrive in.

If you’re planning to go at least once a week and value a beautifully designed space with creative energy around you, Soho Works can absolutely be worth the investment. But it’s not for everyone — here’s a closer look.

PROS

✔️ Inspiring environment: The spaces are thoughtfully designed and visually calming — very much in the Soho House style. If you’re motivated by your surroundings, you’ll likely find them a great backdrop for focused work.

✔️ Networking opportunities: Whether through casual chats in the kitchen or curated events, there’s real potential to connect with other creatives. I’ve met some brilliant people here — and that kind of community can make all the difference when you work for yourself.

✔️ Multiple locations: Between London, New York and LA, you’ve got a few stylish bases to choose from — helpful if you travel often or want variety in your weekly routine.

CONS

⚠️ Cost: It’s definitely on the higher end compared to other coworking options — especially if you’re not going in often or just need a desk occasionally.

⚠️ Shared features elsewhere: While Soho Works offers a polished version, similar amenities — like fast WiFi, coffee, and quiet areas — can be found in other more budget-friendly spaces too. Not identical, but enough for some people to consider alternatives.

⚠️ Limited access: Despite being part of the same brand, Soho House membership doesn’t get you into Soho Works. And compared to some global coworking brands, location availability is still relatively limited.
