There are two things I love in this life, London (duh) and pets.
Mainly dogs for me, but really any cute furry friend will do. All this to say, I totally sympathize that during a magical trip to this city, you might not want to leave them behind!
Lucky for you, London is already a very pet-friendly city, with many cafes and restaurants allowing them inside, as well as having ample green space for them to run and play.
But when it comes to hotels to stay, you’ll need to do your research. Don’t worry — we’ve done it for you! Here’s 10+ of London’s best pet-friendly hotels.
10+ Best Pet-Friendly Hotels in London

1. Room2Chiswick
10 Windmill Rd, Chiswick, London W4 1SD
Being a ‘hometel’ Room2Chiswick hopes that with every stay, you’ll feel right at home. And with your little furry friend nearby, it’ll definitely feel like a home away from home for the night.
There’s an extra charge for both cats and dogs, being £10 per pet, per room (but it is capped at £50 per stay). Of course, they can run free when in the room, but must be on a leash when in all public spaces of the hotel, and with you at all times.
As for your stay, there are five different room layouts to choose from — like ‘The Snug‘, great for quick stays or ‘The Suite‘, perfect for longer ones.
Prices – From £95 per night

2. The Portobello Hotel Notting Hill
22 Stanley Gardens, London W11 2NG
In the heart of Notting Hill sits The Portobello, a luxury hotel with beautiful views of the quiet West London neighbourhood. It’s also the perfect place to stay if you (and your pets) are looking for a more upscale residence.
Upon request (and with a small charge) you can bring your pooch to this stunning establishment.
Upon booking do share that you plan to have your pet with you so the hotel can plan accordingly. Now, although this is probably for logistical or legal reasons, I’m convinced it’s so they can make sure to put the pet towels and a pet basket in your room for them. ‘Cue adorable photoshoot’.
Prices – From £280 per night
3. The Hoxton, Southwark
40 Blackfriars Rd, London SE1 8NY
With a buzzing atmosphere The Hoxton, Southwark is a great place to stay with your pets.
Starting off strong, there’s no extra charge for having your pet — you just have to make a special request during booking.
Make sure your furry friend is on their best behavior though because there will be a fee at the end for any mess or broken bits!
With the Southwark location being just a hop, skip and jump away from the Thames, you can head out and enjoy an embankment stroll with your pup before heading back to your room for a cosy cuddly evening.

Go back in time with a stay at The Ned in one of their vintage-decorated 1920-themed rooms…and your adorable dog of course.
Unlike many of the other hotels on this list, The Ned has a much stricter pet policy. Only small dogs are allowed (sad!), and they are prohibited from any of the public areas in the hotel.
The Ned is also owned by Soho House, and if you’re a member — you know there are a lot of perks, but sadly the rules don’t bend (no matter how cute the pup is), and they are not allowed in the member spaces either.
