With its beautiful wooden floors, inviting Alice in Wonderland themed interiors, cosy living room, kitchen, and idyllic surroundings, it’s a place where you can fully unwind and recharge (especially if you’re coming from London).
Comfort and Convenience
Outside of its beauty I really appreciated all of the amenities on offer at the property.
Not only was the bedroom comfortable, but the kitchen was very well equipped, allowing us to make yummy breakfasts and wind down for a movie night in the cottage when we didn’t feel like going out.
Cotswolds Location
One of the highlights of The Barn By The Ford is its prime location. Set along a peaceful lane, the cottage is just a stone’s throw away from some of the best locations and attractions the Cotswolds has to offer.
From homey pubs like Falkland Arms to villages like Bourton-on-the-Water, Upper & Lower Slaughter and countryside walks (this is the one we did) alongside Blenheim Palace just a short drive away.
