When you see the queue (believe me, there will be one) you’ll know you’re there. And trust me when I say it’s worth it, and fast.
Beigel Bake is one of the most iconic food establishments in East London. The 24-hour bakery has been serving tourists and locals alike since 1974, maintaining its cool throughout.
Their beigels can be filled with anything you could think of, plus you can complement them of delicious (and cheap) desserts.
To enjoy it like a pro, try going on a Sunday to enjoy the Brick Lane Vintage Market.
Must try: There isn’t another, the star is the Salt Beef Beigel.
2. All Day Breakfast Brick Lane

Whether it’s early morning or even in the evening, All Day Breakfast Brick Lane is the brunch spot where you can get a guaranteed Full English. And while you’re here, why not pair it with tea?
The value for money here is great and once you finish, you can walk less than 5 minutes to get to the famous Spitalfields Market.
Must try: The Mighty Meaty Omelette is mighty indeed.
3. Cafe 1001
91 BRICK LANE, E1 6QL
A cafe and co-working space during the day, a great bar at night. Cafe 1001 is a place you simply shouldn’t miss.
Its brunch menu has dishes packed with South Asian flavors, blended with classic English Breakfast ingredients sourced from top-notch producers and local markets.
They also recently expanded the vegan choices available as they’re aiming for a “hearty but healthy” menu.
They encourage walk-ins, but I suggest securing your spot with a booking, as they are popular!
Must try: Their amazing Avocado Toast.
4. Dishoom Shoreditch
7 BOUNDARY ST, E2 7JE
Straight from Bombay and into London since 2012, Dishoom Shoreditch (which has a “showy cousin” in Covent Garden and South Kensington) is the perfect Brick Lane brunch spot.
Every brunch dish in Dishoom is a guaranteed feast. From the iconic Bun Maska and their unique house granola to their oh-so-famous naan rolls.
Paired with their drink selection, from Chocolate Chai to fresh Ruby-Red Grapefruit juice, and you’re in heaven.
Must try: The indulgent Bacon, Brie & Cranberry Chutney Naan Roll

HOKO Hong Kong Cafe has been coming and going, but due to popular demand, it’s back for good!

All you need is… Chocolate? Strawberries? Cookie Dough? Honestly, I can’t pick when it comes to Brick Lane Cafe Waffle & Churros.
This lovely Brick Lane brunch spot is thee place to try some of the best crepes, waffles, and churros in London (in case you didn’t get it from the name).
I swear there’s nothing like having a Cheese & Avocado & Pesto Crepe and Sugar and Lemon Churros to top it off.

7. Cafe Lavista

Café Lavista is a small yet perfect Brick Lane breakfast spot with all you need for a good bagel, a filling panini, or even a traditional Full English (all at a great price!).
All of their food and pastries are made fresh daily, plus they’ve got delicious sandwiches and wraps on the go if you’d rather stroll the area with your bites.
Must try: The rich Kinder Bueno Crepe.
