The Coffee Jar is the perfect cafe in Camden to pair with Primrose Hill — and a lovely pairing it is!
It’s small but has everything you need for a great and sweet experience. And you’ll quickly notice that Camdeners love it too (which is why it’s always full).
You can get good hot drinks, but also a bunch of pastries, sandwiches, croissants, breads, cookies, and more here. Time for a visit!
Must try: The Frittata English Muffin
2. One Shot Coffee

One Shot Coffee is one of those ‘blink and you’ll miss it’ spots, and a very authentic Camden cafe.
Honestly, this is one of my favourite cafes to work in Camden, as it has a beautiful back spot with tons of seating options that welcome you in. Don’t get confused by the small entrance!
While you work and sip your delicious Camden coffee, you can enjoy tons of artwork from local artists in the backdrop.
Yep, this is definitely one of the best coffee shops in Camden.
Must try: The Overnight Chia Pudding
3. Fabler Bakery Camden

Right in the heart of Camden, Fabler Bakery is the perfect way to start your day in the neighbourhood.
This small family business serves everything from classic pastries and coffee to a Full Fry Up (which is another name for the English Breakfast) and even macaroons. All of them using seasonal ingredients from local suppliers where possible.
That way, you can expect sweet ice cream in the summer or the best (and very traditional!) and warm mince pies come winter.
They also thrive on a friendly environment, so feel free to pop in and get to know the community!
Must try: My favorite, a Cinnamon Pretzel
4. The Coffee Tree

Coffee Tree is a famous small chain in London that offers unique blends of artisan coffee and freshly made sandwiches, salads and pastries.
They started with a root in Italian coffee but blended with the Australian style, which helped set them apart from other cafes in London. That and the gourmet looking paninis, baguettes and wraps makes this the spot to be in the Camden coffee scene.
Like in other brands, at the cafe in Camden you can enjoy the rustic charm of the place, with exposed brick and artistic graffiti on the walls, embracing the whole vibe of the neighborhood.
Must try: The Sweetcorn Falafel Beetroot Wrap
5. Guy Gold Coffee Bar

Camden can be overwhelming for anyone not used to the rush. In Guy Gold Coffee Bar they know that, offering a quiet, lovely space to retreat from the buzz.
They serve some pretty good independent coffee, pastries, sandwiches and snacks. Plus, they share the space with the award-winning Guy Gold Osteopathy & Physiotherapy, which is why they say “they offer some of London’s best coffee alongside some of London’s best treatments”.
Good to know in case you’re trying to be productive with your time!

In my opinion, this Camden cafe is perfect for a quiet morning, a cool brunch or a delicious lunch alone or with friends. Best part is you can take your favourite coffee home too!

LUMI is a local cafe in Camden that suits anyone looking for a delicious brunch, specialty desserts, and amazing coffee.
Despite its luxurious look, it keeps a relaxed and cool atmosphere for its Camden location. It doesn’t even have bookings, as they encourage the walk-in experience.
All of the food looks amazing, so my best recommendation will be to go there hungry! And maybe with a friend who doesn’t mind sharing.
