The Best Brunch Spots in Soho, London

1. Balans Soho, No.34

34 Old Compton St, London W1D 4TS

A Soho classic, Balans has been serving all-day brunch long before it was trendy.

Think fluffy pancakes, eggs done however you fancy, and slightly cheeky options like Lobster Benedict or Vegan Matcha Pancakes.

No.34 (known as The Little One) is their cosier outpost, while The Big One at No.60 offers the same menu with a bit more space — both right in the heart of Old Compton Street.

2. The Ivy Soho Brasserie

26-28 Broadwick St, London W1F 8JB

The Ivy Soho is a brunch spot for when you’re feeling a little fancy in the city.

Every Saturday and Sunday (plus bank holidays), The Ivy Soho Brasserie turns into a stylish breakfast-to-lunch affair — from Lobster Linguine to classic Eggs Benedict and a Vegan Bloody Mary to match.

It’s smart-casual dress code and a good place to linger over a second drink. Brunch runs 11:00–15:45, so best to book ahead.

3. Scarlett Green

4 Noel St, London W1F 8GB

Scarlett Green brings Australia to Soho with a menu full of breakfast goodness — think banana-bread sandwiches, sweetcorn fritters, and fabulous bottomless brunches.

Their bottomless brunch includes two dishes (one savoury, one sweet) plus bubbles or kombucha, with a crowd mix of locals, Londoners and in-the-know tourists.

4. Dean Street Townhouse

69-71 Dean St, London W1D 3SE

Dean Street Townhouse is a Soho institution tucked inside a Georgian townhouse. Think plush seating, low lighting, and a relaxed all-day brunch that’s served until 5pm on weekends.

Expect all the classics — avocado toast, full English, smoothies, and pressed juices — in a space that’s both elegant and easygoing.

It’s a solid choice if you want to catch up with friends over a long brunch that could easily turn to lunch.

5. Petit Dejeuner

26 Lower John St, London W1F 9EA
Full-English-Breakfast-Soho

Petit Déjeuner is the kind of easy café you stumble into when you just want breakfast without the frills.

It’s small, friendly, and serves a proper Full English with a strong cup of coffee — simple, unfussy, and exactly what you want before a matinée or wander through the West End.

6. My Place Soho

21 Berwick St, London W1F 0PZ

My Place is the kind of brunch spot that feels instantly familiar.

The menu leans classic — think pancakes, eggs, sandwiches and salads — but there are a few unexpected bits too, like the grilled goat’s cheese toastie.

Breakfast runs late into the afternoon, and it’s a lovely stop if you’re on Berwick Street and fancy a quiet meal with a drink in hand.

7. B Bagel Soho

54 Wardour St, London W1D 4JF

For a quick, proper bagel in Soho, B Bagel Soho is where you go.

There’s a definite New York feel to it — counters lined with salt beef, smoked salmon and shawarma, so great to eat in with a coffee if you can.

P.S. – If you’re in early, they often throw in a free coffee with any breakfast bagel before 9:30am — a small but very welcome Soho perk…

8. The Breakfast Club Soho

33 D’Arblay St, London W1F 8EU

The Breakfast Club is a TOTAL Soho institution — colourful, busy, and unapologetically indulgent.

Order the fried chicken and waffles or their Full Monty breakfast, grab a booth, and settle in for a proper morning feast.

Just be warned — the queue is almost always part of the experience!
